Job Description

The Influencer Marketing Strategist will be responsible for helping develop, implement and manage influencer marketing programs, with the goal of building relationships with industry thought leaders around IBM’s business priorities to garner earned social media coverage and traffic to IBM web properties. This candidate would be responsible for maintaining a turn-key influencer program including influencer identification, outreach, relationship building, performance measurement, event planning/execution and content management.

This role will focus on identifying and recruiting industry thought leaders for specific business categories, with data-driven prioritization, to participate in IBM events, 3rd party events, thought leadership roundtables, online activities and co-creation of thought leadership content. Candidate should have a robust knowledge of social media engagement and measurement tools as well as experience developing successful influencer programs. Community Management, and proven communications/marketing experience working with cross-functional partners and executives is required. Candidate should also have strong written communication skills and feel comfortable blog writing.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and scale a best-in-class influencer marketing program
  • Leverage social media tools to identify both high reach and high value influencers around key topic areas based on data-driven prioritization
  • Outreach to new influencers and nurture existing influencer relationships using social and traditional communication channels including private influencers communities
  • Work closely with product, planning, sales, retail/ecommerce, event, web and marketing teams to develop, implement and manage influencer programs for maximum effectiveness
  • Identify and negotiate opportunities with cross-functional IBM teams to provide influencers with exclusive or behind the scenes access to IBM technologies and experts
  • Plan and execute memorable influencer events around new product launches or business priorities
  • Develop a robust earned content strategy where you utilize influencers to help co-create rich thought leadership content both on and off IBM.com
  • Develop marketing communications to promote influencer content and drive leads such as social media content, eBooks, microsites, infographic, videos, blogs, etc.
  • Work closely with agency partners to help support influencer marketing programs and secure 3rd party sponsorship opportunities with influencers
  • Develop accurate reporting mechanisms of influencer programs; analyze reports to measure results and implement improvements to future strategies
  • Identify, test and provide recommendations on 3rd party tools that could improve influencer management, engagement and/or reporting

In addition to the requirements listed, you must possess:

  • Robust knowledge of social media engagement and measurement tools as well as experience developing successful influencer programs in technical B2B environments.
  • Community Management, and proven communications/marketing experience working with cross-functional partners and executives.
  • Strong written communication skills and feel comfortable blog writing.

JOB SUMMARY
The Case Manager will provide case management and referral services to individuals and families in need.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Conduct screening and assessment of needs for individuals seeking financial assistance to determine eligibility, make pledges, request payment, and provide referrals.
• Complete all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funding requirements, license requirements, best practice standards, and agency quality assurance standards.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of Catholic Charities programming and community resources.
• Assist the Program Manager to identify and implement actions to improve program effectiveness as necessary.
• Prepare and submit all required reports and paper work in a timely and accurate manner.
