Technology. We can’t live without it. Our computers and cell phones are amazing devices that simplify our hectic lives – EXCEPT – when they are not working properly. Viruses, malware, and sluggish systems can be more painful than a root canal. But who has the time to lug their computer to the shop for repairs? That’s where Eyal Gallico comes in. As the founder of TopMac, he provides IT support to commercial and residential customers. He can support anything that has a keyboard, touch screen or remote. Eyal loves to work on Macs, but won’t shy away from a PC with problems. His resume includes 20+ years in corporate IT, holding executive positions in Apple Israel, Kodak, and most recently US Apple Resellers. He launched TopMac to share his extensive knowledge with people and businesses who really need it. He found it so rewarding professionally to know that he is making difference in people’s lives. He takes pride in his extensive training. Eyal is only one of eight ACSP – Apple Certified Support Professionals – in the Austin metro Area who is not an Apple or Apple re-seller employee. That is part of his commitment is to the people he serves in the area. Every customer receives the highest level of service and satisfaction. The fact that he provides in-home service means he has earned the trust of his clients.

As the father of two step-daughters, taking care of families is paramount. Once a week he volunteers at a senior-residence home conducting free workshops about technology. He teaches seniors how to use their mobile devices, specific software and why they need to be wary of phishing scams. In today’s digital age, there is no such thing as being private anymore. We have to be aware of what we post, and most importantly, we have to protect our vitally important data with at least three different backups. Eyal can help. “Gallico from TopMac came to my home and easily fixed the adware that had completely locked up my desktop computer – saving me valuable time and a lot of money.” – Erica Woodford, Resident, Life in the Ranch Photographer.
