April is Physical Activity Month and April 6 is National Walking Day! American Heart Association wants you to start moving now. Perhaps ditch the elevator and the escalator, walk to work, ride your bike, exercise an extra class per week. Check out the North Austin Influencers™ calendar for some additional choices in the area that have been added to the community calendar. The benefits are countless.  Make sure you are tracking the steps you take this National Walking Day to keep your healthy lifestyle on track. Start by aiming to take 10,000 steps on National Walking Day and continue on for the rest of the year.
